Numerous investigations of pharma sales and marketing practices are underway worldwide as new country specific requirements continue to proliferate. In addition, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities & Exchange Commission are investigating many companies under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
