APPLY FOR A PATIENT SCHOLARSHIP

We're Seeking Patient Voices at Health Datapalooza

In support of patient participation at this year's Health Datapalooza, we've made available a limited number of complimentary registrations and full patient scholarships.

Contribute your voice to a meeting designed and planned by patients with BIG ideas to improve health care. Apply by Friday, February 15, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. ET

Health Datapalooza supports a healthy exchange of big ideas from a wide variety of voices - bringing together a diverse and influential audience, and offering different viewpoints. Some of the most important contributions at Health Datapalooza come from patients, who offer meaningful insight and perspective into a variety of health care topics, including both health accessibility and quality of care.
