WASHINGTON DC USA -- HEALTHCARE UPDATE NEWS SERVICE™ -- NOVEMBER 23, 2020: NICU expense, largely driven by premature birth, is the largest (and most overlooked!) category of employer hospital spending.

Sera Prognostics has developed, tested, and received approval for a new blood test, called PreTRM, to assess the risk of preterm birth – with accuracy that dwarfs the educated guesses made today. Indeed, accuracy is so much greater that Sera will guarantee reduced NICU days. Quizzify is pleased to recognize them as the Valid Vendor of the Month, meaning that Quizzify will go at risk for Sera's outcomes claims in joint accounts.

This webinar features Dr. Michael Foley, who serves as chair for the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Phoenix Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Foley, much like Quizzify, is a major supporter of Sera’s technology.

This webinar will:

  • Review the current standard of care
  • Describe the PreTRM Test and Treat strategy
  • Show the cost savings and how it’s estimated
  • Explain the crucial role of employer and employee education in procuring this PreTRM test
Time - Dec 10, 2020 01:00 PM EST. Register here.
