Leaders from across the community will showcase how they are putting the five NASEM report recommendations into action: payment, access, workforce, technology, and accountability. We also plan to consider the highly anticipated HHS Action Plan on Strengthening Primary Health Care and its implications.
PCC Executive Members are also invited to join in a half-day post-conference workshop on December 15. We will dive deeper in discussions with experts on advocacy communications and innovations that advance equity and whole person care in Medicare, Medicaid and commercial health plans.
