AND FEATURING BEHAVIORAL COMPLIANCE: OVERVIEW AND APPLICATION FOR PHARMA AND MEDICAL DEVICE ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE LEADERS
|
Behavioral compliance is the design and management of compliance programs that draw from behavioral predictions about individual and organizational behavior. In this two-part workshop, behavioral compliance expert Prof. Todd Haugh breaks down how the tools of behavioral science can be harnessed in ethics and compliance. In Part I, participants will learn research-based behavioral theory and how to apply it in their organizations. In Part II, participants will hear from a panel of senior compliance leaders whose companies are at differing stages of their behavioral compliance journey. Panelists will share how behavioral science is currently being used in their companies, best practices, and pitfalls. Participants will leave inspired to use behavioral compliance tools to improve their own E&C programs and with actionable steps to make it a reality.
