BASED ON NEW CDC GUIDANCE THE COLLOQUIUM ANNOUNCES AN UPDATED COVID PROTOCOL
Updated on August 29, 2022
Colloquium attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors who join us onsite can expect to connect, learn and do business in a safe environment. With this goal in mind, the Colloquium has established the following COVID Health and Safety Protocols:
  • The Colloquium will follow applicable local city, state and national guidelines for masking and vaccination requirements. Based upon recent changes to CDC and other applicable guidelines, there are now no such requirements. We encourage individual attendees to assess their personal risk profile and preferences, and to act accordingly during the Colloquium. In addition, the Colloquium will take the following actions:
    • If you have any COVID symptoms or if you have tested positive in the 48 hours prior to the Colloquium on either a rapid or PCR test, we ask that you do not attend the Colloquium in person. In that case you can let us know and we will grant you access to the Colloquium virtual video broadcast.
    • While masks may not be required at the Colloquium, we support your choice to wear a mask if you prefer.
    • Masks will be available at the Colloquium registration desk if you would like to wear one as a precaution.
    • Sanitizer stations and additional masks will be available in clearly marked areas.
    • In accordance with any applicable government guidance and local mandates, the Colloquium will follow applicable standards for crowd density, social distancing, and face mask or covering restrictions.
    • Social Distancing Signage will be provided in areas that could lead to close contact.
    • High touch areas will have increased cleaning, including bathrooms, handrails, door handles, elevator buttons, and countertops.
    • The Colloquium will provide attendees the opportunity to display their comfort level with social interaction by providing at the registration desk optional color-coded bands: green (open to all social interactions); yellow (fist bumps okay); red (prefers social distancing).
    • This Colloquium COVID Policy is subject to change as required by revised government guidance and local mandates and to reflect the course of the pandemic.

Population health has become a leading strategic priority across the industry, and the field has experienced tremendous growth over the past year. Community stakeholders are partnering with established healthcare organizations, employers are building direct relationships with healthcare providers and patients are becoming more actively involved in their health and health care. Across the industry, stakeholders are working together to understand how to best make the transition to value-based care. We are excited for the opportunities and ready to face the challenges ahead.

Practicing population health is more important than ever! As healthcare leaders, we understand the implications of socioeconomic disparities and are working to transform care delivery to meet the specific needs of each community. Advances in technology, data analytics and precision medicine will allow us to harness and cultivate data and information into practical solutions. Join us at the 22nd Population Health Colloquium as we showcase the groundbreaking work of organizations that are leading this transformational change!

The Colloquium will bring together healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical executives, leading technology and solutions companies, academia and government to highlight advances in population health.
