Special Needs Plans (SNP) will play a pivotal role in care for persons with complex care needs and this will continue to be critical. SNPs face a rapidly changing care delivery environment as new policy is implemented, payment policy unfolds, and the complex care population and related best clinical practices evolve. Modernization, creative thinking, and non-traditional partnerships will need to be considered in such times of change. Such change comes with challenges as well as the opportunity to innovate and identify new opportunities. The Special Needs Plan Alliance Fall Leadership Form will address key changes head on with our historical attention to technical detail and offer strategies to develop innovative practices and opportunities.

Fall Forum Intensive Session - The SNP Alliance will host an intensive on the Technical Assistance Center - Using Data to Drive Quality and Operations. This will be an in-depth discussion on trends in SNP policymaking by CMS, Congress, and Federal Commissions which impact SNP operations and outlook through its work groups and member discussion forums. The session will take place Sunday, October 20th from 1 - 4 PM Est (there is an additional fee for the intensive of $100).
