From Awareness to Action: Preparing for the CMS Innovation Center's New Alternative Payment Models
The Innovation Center has released around ten new alternative payment models over the past year. This session breaks down the ones most relevant to APG members — including ACCESS, LEAD, Geo AHEAD, and more — with practical strategies for entry, adoption, and readiness.
A final session in this pre-conference will provide important updates about the separate Medicare Shared Savings Model, the original ACO model overseen by CMS.
