This year's program will once again convene the HaH community and is designed for clinicians and leaders in a variety of roles and at every stage of the Hospital at Home journey.

Good news! The submission deadline for Hospital at Home Users Group virtual 2026 Annual Meeting, Opportunity Knocks: Welcoming the Future of Hospital at Home, has been extended to Monday, July 20th at 5:00 pm ET.
All submissions are welcome, though we are particularly encouraging Patient Case Study abstracts, award nominations, and photo/video entries.
Submissions demonstrating HaH excellence, impact and innovation are part of what makes Opportunity Knocks a showcase for the field. We want to make sure your work is represented!

We want to demonstrate the impact that Hospital at Home has on patients, clinicians, and communities. To that end, we are asking our community to submit photos or videos that captures the power of the HaH model.
Contest winners will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
Nominations are open for:
- Clinician of the Year - Recognizing a clinician who has made outstanding contributions to the delivery of quality Hospital at Home care.
- Program of the Year - Recognizing an exceptional HaH program demonstrating innovation and sustained excellence.

Please note that nominees must be a member program of the Users Group or a clinician delivering care in a member program (program list here).
The Users Group invites you to submit a poster abstract in one (or more) of three categories:
- Patient Case Studies - Cases highlighting unusual, instructive, or noteworthy clinical findings in the HaH setting with clear, applicable takeaways.
- Practice Innovations - Operational improvements or program innovations with replicable ideas and at least preliminary outcomes.
- Research Abstracts - Systematic investigations with replicable methods, clear analytic approaches, and actual data.
Those who submit the best abstracts of each category will be asked to present them in a lightning round session at the Annual Meeting.

Please note that abstracts submitted to the larger AAHCM Annual Meeting or the World Hospital at Home Congress can also be submitted to the HaH Users Group Annual Meeting.
