Dear Colleagues,

One of the things I value most about the Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Ethics & Compliance Congress is the opportunity to learn from others who are facing many of the same challenges we are.

That is really the idea behind Industry-Only Day on Friday morning.

Consistent with PCF's commitment to fostering meaningful peer exchange, the morning is reserved exclusively for pharmaceutical and medical device industry professionals. No vendors or consultants will be in attendance, allowing participants to engage in candid discussions, benchmark practices, and explore common challenges in a confidential setting. To encourage open and honest dialogue, the session will not be broadcasted or recorded.

This year, we'll begin with a look at the new DOJ initiative and the rising importance of data miners, followed by an audience discussion on the wins and losses companies are experiencing in the early days of AI. We'll also have time specifically set aside for benchmarking and Q&A, a discussion about customer needs and changing field pressures, and breakouts by company size.

But what makes Friday different is that we want to hear from you? What are you trying in your organization? What is working? Where are you struggling? How are other companies approaching the same issue? The morning is designed to give us room to ask those questions, compare approaches and learn from one another.

So, if you are joining us in Washington, I hope you won't make Thursday evening your departure point. Stay for Friday morning, bring your questions, and come prepared to share your own experiences. Often, the most valuable takeaway comes from hearing how a peer is addressing the very same challenge you are facing.
