DELAWARE TOWNSHIP, NJ -- POPULATION HEALTH UPDATE NEWS SERVICE -- JULY 5, 2012: Warren Erling Todd, age 67 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at his residence.
Born in Waltham, MA, June 28, 1944, he was the son of the late Donald and Ruth Bairsto Todd. He had formerly resided in Littleton, CO, Boston, MA, and Watertown, MA.
He was a United States Army veteran of Vietnam.
Mr. Todd received his M.B.A. from Columbia University. He was one of the architects of disease management and the author of the first book on the subject. He was President of the Disease Management Association of America in Washington, DC.
Mr. Todd served as track and field coach at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Flemington, NJ.
Surviving are his wife of forty-five years, Sandra Jean Paton Todd; two sons, Christopher Stephen Todd, and his wife, Lesley, of Midlothian, VA, and Matt Paton Todd of Evergreen, CO; a daughter, Amy Elizabeth Todd of Cambridge, MA; and two brothers, David Todd of New Hampshire and Larry Todd of South Carolina.
Funeral services and interment will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Scholarship Fund at Hunterdon Central High School, 84 Route 31, Flemington, NJ 08822.
